SUMMER EUROPEAN TOUR!
The "East Meets West" Piano-Duo, featuring Lena Vozheiko-Wheaton and Cinda Goold Redman, will visit with The Vancouver Symphony Orchestra's Conductor Maestro Salvador Brotons and family at their home near Barcelona, Spain.
Lena and Cinda will then travel to Austria to play at the world-famous Mozarteum in Salzburg before returning home to Vancouver, WA.

Cinda graduated with Honors in Piano Performance from the University of Southern California. Her teachers included Lillian Steuber in Los Angeles, Alexander Libermann in San Francisco, and Nellie Tholen in Portland, Oregon.
In addition, Cinda studied Advanced Accompanying under Madame Gwendolyn Koldofsky, Baroque under Madame Alice Ehlers, and Chamber Music under Gabor Rejto and Eudice Shapiro.
She was chosen to perform privately at the State Visit of Princess Irene of Greece. Her further studies have included U.S.C. Master Classes with Jascha Heifetz, Gregor Piatigorsky, Daniel Pollack and John Crown as well as with Beveridge Webster of the Julliard School.
Mrs. Redman taught piano at the University of Southern California while working on her Masters degree.
She has performed as a studio instrumentalist and vocalist in Hollywood. She has worked in various supervisory capacities for Allen Ludden’s game show Password and with Dick Clark for three years on the American Music Awards. Mrs. Redman was Piano Coach and Technical Advisor for Actress-Pianist Edie Lehmann on ABC’s General Hospital.
Cinda authored a book featuring the stars of the Lawrence Welk TV Show, including her husband Michael and his vocal trio Gail, Ron and Michael. The book, Recipes for Remembrance, was published by Harper & Row, and is currently in its third edition.

She was a member of the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra for eight years and recently appeared for the fourth time as their featured artist, this time with her piano duo partner Lena Vozheiko Wheaton.
The East Meets West Piano-Duo continues to perform throughout the West Coast. They recently made their third appearance at the Bloch Festival in Newport, Oregon.
Their first CD, “East Meets West Piano-Duo”, features works of Mozart, Chopin and Poulenc.
Their latest CD is a live performance of the Poulenc 2-Piano Concerto and Carnival of the Animals by Saint-Saens, with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra.
Cinda and Lena performed at Musique a Beaumont in Val de Loire, France in June 2009.
Cinda serves on the Artistic Committee for the Vancouver Symphony. Mrs. Redman is a member of Southwest Washington’s Children’s Trust Auxiliary and is listed in Who’s Who of American Women. Cinda is a Past-President of the Clark County Music Teacher’s Assoc. In addition, Cinda now serves as District IV Vice-President of the Southwest Washington Region of WSMTA (WA State Music Teachers Association). Mrs. Redman is a Nationally Certified Teacher of Music and teaches a full schedule of private piano students.
Cinda Goold Redman resides in Vancouver, Washington with her husband, Michael.
They have two grown daughters, Jennifer, who resides in Vancouver while daughter, Melissa, lives in Southern California with her husband Bryan Vanderzee, son Jake and daughter Ava.
